Stuffed bell peppers

This Stuffed bell pepper recipe is for you. If your not much of a cheese lover this recipe is still a great snack on a hot summer day, or a great quick snack for a busy day.
For 3 bell peppers you will need:
-200g grated cheese
-2 boiled eggs
-70g crabmeat (not a must)
-4-5 garlic cloves
-3-4 spoons of mayonnaise
-2 pinches of pepper
-Any type of bread you prefer
NOTE: Rinse your veggies first and please use clean utensils.
1. Cut the top of bell peppers so that later you can use the tops as the cover later. Clean out all the seeds that are inside the peppers. Make sure your peppers have enough space for the filling.
2. For the filling you need to chop up your boiled eggs, crabmeat (if your using it), and garlic cloves. Next mix the grated cheese, boiled eggs, crabmeat, garlic, pepper, and mayonnaise into a bowl.
3. Now stuff the bell peppers to the top with your delicious filling. If you are preparing this for later, put the tops you cut off earlier back on the bell peppers and place them in the fridge. Once you are ready to eat your creation, chop the peppers into slices and place the slice on your favorite bread then your ready to enjoy.
