Hello, life experts!
Today I’m finally starting my FITNESS category. I’m very active person since my childhood and fitness is a HUGE part of my life. I used to dance a lot, now my main focus is gym together with yoga, hiking, plyometrics and other outside activities. I basically work out every day but of course sometimes my body requires a day off to recharge. I do not have a goal to lose weight, I work out to gain weight and to maintain fit, active and healthy life. So this category will be filling up pretty soon 😉
Today I’m sharing with you my 8 favorite yoga poses. I started practicing yoga this year and I absolutely love it! It helps to relax your body and mind, also it’s an awesome tool for flexibility and sexuality boost.
