this time I’m sharing Zucchini noodles with Turkey Bolognese recipe. It’s definitely one of my favorite meals to cook. It’s healthy, easy and fast 🙂 You will need:
-organic ground turkey
-handful diced onion
-minced garlic or garlic powder
-1 can organic crushed tomatoes
-3-4 spoons organic tomato pasta
-1 spoon brown sugar
First, add some olive oil to the pan and cook diced onions with garlic until they turn into more golden color. Now add grounded turkey in the pan and break it apart in smaller pieces. Add any seasoning you like ( I usually use mixed pepper, dried basil, garlic powder, garlic salt, paprika powder, mix for chicken) and cook it on medium heat. Once the turkey is fully cooked, add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, mixed pepper and a little bit of salt. Turn the heat on a lower setting and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Make sure to taste it if you should add more seasonings. It depends on personal taste 🙂
Now it’s time to prepare zucchini noodles. You can make them by using vegetable peeler, spiralizer, food processor or grater. Here is the video that shows 5 ways to make them: How to make zucchini noodles. Choose the one that is most comfortable for you 🙂 After you done cutting noodles its time to slightly sauté them. Add a little bit of olive oil to the pan and cook zucchini noodles on a low heat for about 2 minutes. Don’t let them get too mushy.
When noodles are done, put them on the plate and add your turkey bolognese on top. That’s about it!
